i have the following problem that i would appreciate if anybody can help:


I hv a vb code that is compiled into an exe.the application can control a camera when i connect any camera into the laptop.however, the thing is that if i want to capture images using this application when the camera is connected, then i hv to do it manually.

so i searched for references to check if using C++ i can control an exe file.I want to control the exe file to automatically capture few images every few seconds.

can anybody just tell me if i can with c++ control this application.note that i do not have excess to the source code if anybody was asking.

this is a bit of a tricky one and i am of no authority on VB i know little C++ sorry i dont know if anyone else can help you on this.
