Hi tmm5899

So i take it you have rebooted the BIOS via battery removal and reset CMOS via MOBO jumper, have you run AVs in safe mode ? also rebooting BIOS via battery don't always work search for default settings in the BIOS, also check all jumpers on HDDs and optical drives, it would be of help if you can post the complete spec of this PC.

Hi tmm5899

When you click on reset to factory settings you need to save and exit (this is usually done with an F key) "it should tell you on the BIOS page the combination for save and exit", then your PC will reboot with the new BIOS settings.
