I turned my computer off. My computer is pluged in to a surge protector. I turned the computer of f by swithcing the surge protector to off when the computer was on and running. I go to turn it on and it wont the light on the back of my power supply is blinking on and off with a green led light. it also makes a clicking noise. anybody know why this is happening I also have an extra power supply to put in the power supply that i have in now is an atx on a compaq computer.

Hmm not a good thing to do mostly you ruined the P/S try it with a new one if nothing then betting you did some real damage
