hi
What I mean is go to your control panel and look for system, once you have found this in control panel if you click on it you will open another box, when this opens you will have a box that says
system properties, look for hardware, click on that tab and you will see device manager click on it.

this will open the list to the system, if you look down the list on the left hand side you will see sound video and video controller, click on that, click on the tab look for your sound card in the list, then right click on the sound card and select properties from that file, another box will open and you will see on the top line driver click on it and a new list will open, look for driver roll back.

if ur looking for a new sound card you will want something from Creative(Sound Blaster) - 1 of the best companies for a lot of pc software, especially speakers and soundcards. i couldnt recommend a product of theirs though, as unfortunatly i have not needed 2 replace my sound card yet.

I have the Creative soundblaster 24bit external and it is fantastic
