Hi dazzer "you posted in the wrong place maybe admin will move it - please ?

If you want XP and Vista on the same Computer you need to go Dual Boot and this means Two (2) Hard Drives "HDDs" or Partitioning (for Vista i would recommend two HDDs) (i run Dual Boot on my stand by PC Windows XP SP2 and Linux Mandriver 2007) and i use two HDDs, Dual Boot is not complex please see first link

1) Link > How to set-up a dual bot

2) Link > Partition Logic Freeware

Do read every thing before undertaking a Dual Boot configuration, hope this helps
